About Troy Dotson
Troy hangs his hat in Tranquility where he grew up because he has a heart for Adams County. Troy and wife Amy (Glasgow) enjoy being parents to their daughter Ashley and preparing her for the future Adams County. Troy is a friend that enjoys helping others find fulfillment and success in life. Throughout his life he has had opportunities of meeting many of the wonderful people of Adams County. Troy was instrumental in bringing updated technology to our county hospital during the early 90's through 2008. Through Adams County for Christian Values (2008-2021) Troy has been actively joining in the prayers for our community leaders and participating in our local Adams County National Day of prayer. Troy is serving on the volunteer chaplain staff at ACRMC and has been since 2009 where he has met and prayed with many wonderful people from across our county.
Troy served in coordinating during past disaster relief efforts during blizzard of ‘94 where local Amateur Radio club members rode with the Ohio National Guard units to provide local communication to speed up the emergency road clearing efforts and getting shut ins much needed medicines and food. Troy has had his amateur radio operators license for over 20 yrs.
